Mark Tottenham is an Irish barrister, practising primarily in the areas of property and probate law. He is the founding editor of Stare Decisis Hibernia, an online encyclopaedia of Irish case law that reports on each new judgment within seven days of publication. He also edits Law Ireland, a hard copy journal based on the content of Stare Decisis Hibernia.

Prior to qualifying as a barrister, he worked for Hodder Headline publishers in London, and as a historical and genealogical researcher. He regularly lectures on legal and historical issues.
